Island Dish is owned and operated by Wendy Ketcham, a diploma course graduate of Le Cordon Bleu school in London. She has been resident in the British Virgin Islands on-and-off since 1979, when she reopened one of Tortola’s classic hotels: Fort Burt. Wendy has also cooked in Vienna, Austria, Colorado, Delaware and Massachusetts.
Wendy has returned to the BVI and Island Dish is available for all your food and entertainment needs.
